A brief word, as it was in this topic that links to the previous edition of my book were posted. I have now completed a fourth and final edition of Rogue Agents, an update made necessary by the emergence of several new sources on the Cercle Pinay and its Belgian allies - declassified State Department cables, Kissinger telcons, an archive of the LIL bulletin Damocles and private papers of Cercle members. This concludes my research on the Cercle which I hope is of use to you. The fourth and final edition can be downloaded from wikispooks.com by searching for "Rogue Agents" (this site seems not to allow me to post the link itself). The wikispooks link also gives access to the full (40 MB) third edition which includes scans of unpublished internal documents from the AESP, for which this edition is the only source, so serious researchers should get both the fourth and the full third editions.

Cheers, David Teacher.

Many thanks Jo001. I hope you will find reading the final version interesting. One request - could 'Rogue Agents' be added to the Bibliography section, even if not so much of it focusses on the Bende events? Thanks and bye now.

Many thanks to both Jo001 and to dim for your kind words about my book:

Rogue Agents. Een uitstekend maar weinig gekend referentiewerk.  Absoluut te lezen door iedereen die in de Bendeverhalen is geïnteresseerd. Echt een must. Ik zou zelfs durven beweren dat zonder dit internationale referentiekader discussie eigenlijk geen zin heeft ....

Veel leesplezier, is écht de moeite!

That must be the nicest review I have had! I wanted to inform you that, due to ill health, I have prepared a third and final edition of Rogue Agents to assist future researchers. There are two versions - the full version includes scans of all of the internal documents (mostly from the AESP) that I used and photographs of many of the people referenced; the shorter version has the full text, footnotes, sources and annexes but omits the pictures and documents, and is best suited for emailing or printing - this short version has also been uploaded to wikispooks.

They can be downloaded here:

The third edition concludes my investigation; I hope it is of use to you. All the best, David Teacher.
